He has been Director of Air Navigation Services of the Public Business Entity Aena, being responsible for the provision of Air Traffic services, Maintenance, operation and development of CNS\/ATM Systems. At Ineco, he has been Executive Director of Systems and Air Navigation at Ineco, responsible for national and international air navigation engineering projects. He has extensive experience in the management of air traffic control services and systems.\n<\/p>\n<br><h3>Francisco Jos\u00e9 L\u00e1zaro Aznar<\/h3>\n<p> He has more than thirty years of experience working and leading consulting projects both nationally and internationally. Initially dedicated to the development of architectural projects, in 2003 he began working at Prointec, a Spanish transportation engineering firm, where his activity focused on urban planning consultancy and the development of large urban projects in Spain, India and Mexico, among other countries, with special emphasis on developments in airport environments, such as the Parque de Valdebebas Airport City in Madrid. Subsequently, he was dedicated to the international expansion of the company, being country manager in India and Peru and responsible for business development for Europe. Currently, he is a consultant and urban advisor, as well as a collaborator of Ariadna Consultores for urbanistic issues.   <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<br><h3>Jorge Juan Villar<\/h3>\n<p>He has a Masters in Aeronautical Engineering from the School of Aeronautics and Space Engineering of Madrid Polytechnic University, and a Master of Business Administration from Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics (BUAA). He has worked at SENASA as head of the study on the quality of services at Spanish airports for AESA that is the main input joined to CAPEX for the tariff review regulation in Aena Airports (DORA), he is official inspector of AESA (National Spanish Agency for Air Safety) the Regulatory Aviation Agency in Spain, and has collaborated with INECO for its studies of the Far East.
